Chongqing Duchengrongfeng Mechanic Manufacture Co., Ltd, was established in March 2004. It is mainly engaged in automobile engine crankshaft processing and engine main assembly remanufacturing. Domestic crankshaft products are mainly supplied to automobile OEMs such as Chongqing Changan, BAIC Yinxiang, and Xinyuan Power. Foreign trade high-end car crankshafts are currently exported to Europe, America, Russia, Africa and Southeast Asian countries. Remanufactured products - automobile engine main engine assemblies are used as after-sales parts for mini-car and sedan engine assemblies. Currently, they have cooperated with many dealers in various provinces and cities in China, and the market development prospects are good.
The company's factory covers an area of more than 110 acres and currently has more than 120 employees, including more than 30 personnel engaged in technology research and development. The company's machining workshop has two professional crankshaft processing production lines, more than 300 sets of various CNC processing equipment and inspection and testing equipment, with an annual output of nearly 100,000 crankshafts of various types; the remanufacturing workshop has one automobile engine disassembly, cylinder block and head processing, and main engine assembly assembly line, and more than 5,000 engine main engine assemblies are assembled and remanufactured annually.
The company's product quality is stable and its quality system is sound. The company has passed IATF16949 international quality system and CATARC remanufacturing management system certification. The company has strong technical strength and equipment reserves, and a stable scientific and technological team. It has strong scientific research strength and rich experience accumulation in crankshaft development and processing, heat treatment and surface nitriding enhancement, and engine parts remanufacturing.
