Maintenance of crankshaft.

Make sure there is sufficient clearance between the main journal and the main bearing bush, and between the connecting rod journal and the connecting rod bush.

Second, when observing the crankshaft crack, pay attention to the angle between the crankshaft arm and the journal and the position of the oil hole in the journal. This is where the crankshaft is easy to break.

Third, after the maintenance is completed and the crankshaft is installed in the engine, ensure the flywheel operates in balance.

Fourth, after major accidents such as internal combustion engine Bush burning and oil cylinder collision, the crankshaft is likely to be damaged, and comprehensive maintenance must be carried out on the crankshaft.
